Group Mat Classes

Our virtual classes are held via Zoom. For best results, please download the App to your device and have a strong internet connection. We have found that placing your camera on a high diagonal from where you are provides the teacher with the best view. 

Mat classes include a series of exercises performed on a padded surface. Without the use of equipment, body weight and gravity play a larger role, making these classes every bit as challenging as working with Pilates  apparatus. The small group setting allows for individual attention and, when in-person,  hands-on teaching. Each class is suited for mixed levels from beginner to advanced.
